• Anger Mangerment

    This six-week course teaches participants relaxation, cognitive, communication, and combined interventions to help individuals be better equipped to manage anger in response to anger-provoking events. Our classes will meet both Family Court and CPS mandates.

  • Financial Literacy

    This one-hour class provides learners with a basic understanding of the value of a dollar, how to choose a bank or credit union, S.M.A.R.T. goals, budgeting, and the importance of saving. 

  • Active Parenting

    Parenting classes for parents of children ages 5-18. This six-week class utilizes discussion and multimedia presentations to teach parents to protect and prepare their children to survive and thrive in the society in which THEY live.

    This 12 hour class is appropriate for parents with or without a disability or who have a child/children with or without a disability. Our classes will meet both Family Court and CPS mandates.

  • Computer Basics

    This six-week class provides learners with a basic understanding of a Windows computer. We will cover the basic parts of a computer, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Word and more. 

  • Job Readiness

    Our six-week job readiness course will help prepare individuals to get, keep and excel at a new job. We teach our participants how to prepare a resume and cover letter, effective job searching, effective interview techniques, and workplace expectations.
